Sometimes I 'google' for people who have achieved something I am trying to do. It's really motivating when I discover a person who has overcome more obstacles than I have to. It just goes to show me that I can do it too.

I remember when I had 20 lbs to lose, I googled and found a woman whose schedule was busier than mine. I actually followed some of the things she did and I lost the weight. I was so happy.
