If You Expect Self Improvement This Motivational Saying Tells It Like It Is

I believe there are people out there who think they can obtain self improvement by simply reading books and articles as if the information will magically rub off and make them better in whatever area they desire to change.

Following is a motivational saying that is so true. It goes: People seldom improve when they have no other model but themselves to copy after. ~ Oliver Goldsmith

To me, these motivational words remind that we must expand our horizons to find people who have achieved, or who are in the process of achieving, what we desire in life. This is important because we can possibly avoid pitfalls and/or mistakes as we take ACTION - which is a must.

We have to look beyond ourselves, and our readings and find people who are DOING.
