My Motivation for Weight Lloss!

I have PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian syndrome) which means that weight loss is two times as hard for us gals than in general.
For a twenty year old college student I needed to loose at least 30 pounds and was finding it extremely hard to get out and get moving when there was so much going on in my life.
My motivation was to fit into a great pair of $300 jeans that my grand mother bought me that were unfortunately three sizes too small.
How I did it? I found a great friend who wanted to get into the gym daily as well but was also having a batch of college stress.
We worked out a schedule and met at the rec center EVERY DAY of the week besides Sunday.
We did abs, cardio, and lifted weights. Slowly, but progressively we worked out way up to more reps and faster paces and both ended up with great results! I wanted to quit during the summer months while we were away from each other but I kept taking longer and longer hikes with my dogs in my Rocky Mountain backyard knowing that she would be waiting for me when we returned in the fall.
I got a great nutrition lesson from a professional and learned how much of each food group to eat and that has helped me keep focused, keep healthy, and keep stronger towards my goal!
Grab a friend, get a routine, and even if you want to loose some weight so you can simply say you did it, you will feel great and love yourself for sticking to it!
