41 Positive Affirmations to Build Yourself Up

Self esteem affirmations are a great tool to help promote positive self talk. Often times, low self esteem is considered as a 'thinking disorder - internalizations of how we feel about ourselves based on environmental influences and our experiences.

Using affirmations consistently will combat negative feelings. As you read them, say them out loud with feeling. Then, close your eyes and visualize yourself living the words. Over time, positive affirmations reduce negative self thoughts; therefore, helping improve self esteem.
