The Battle is worth it!

My motivation for weight loss started when I woke up one morning and decided that I didn't like who I saw in the mirror.
At first, I really struggled to get into a rhythm. It would seem that I would start and stop, start and stop and I would never get where I wanted to be.
After a couple of months, and with a supporting husband, who started to run and work me out, I started to see results. I was getting stronger and thinner and my energy day by day was skyrocketing.
Then the day came, my husband had to go back to work ( he is a teacher) and I didn't have a workout partner. I was nervous going to the gym alone wondering if my motivation would carry through.
At first, it took me a bit to get going, but when I finally got started that day I started to feel the strength and stamina that I had achieved when working with my husband. This was a feeling of power, that I was able to do this on my own, I was the one who was making these gains and losing this weight. It felt great, I was relieved and excited.
I currently lost 25 pounds and am still looking to lose more. I run everyday, and the great thing about it is I am excited. Who would have thought it would have just taken a little help to kick my butt into gear :)
