You can't have solid weight loss motivation tips without including information about food. By simply paying attention to what you eat and why you eat - how and when - can drastically change your life. However, if you are anything like me, it can be very difficult to give up foods you've come to love. Therefore, I urge you to think a little differently. Maybe it's not about completely giving up foods you love. It may simply be cutting back portions or changing a few ingredients to make it healthier.
