When I needed to lose weight

About 4 years ago, after having my second child, Alex, I had gained a large amount of pregnancy weight (65 pounds!), and my self-esteem was very low. My husband said that he did not care, but he was just looking at me differently, and our sex life was basically nonexistent.

However, I joined a Weight Watchers program, and over the course of the next year and a half, I lost 60 pounds, and have kept it off for the last 4 years!

I'm currently in the best shape of my life, and I do yoga 5 times a week. Any post-pregnancy mothers out there, know that you can do it too! Just find a great support group, and make healthy diet and exercise choices.
